On its third month of broadcasting, ‘3D’ is the variety show that has hardly noticed changes due to summer TV consumption, a season depicted by lower shares. Moreover, this summer is the first one after the analog TV cut-off and the audience fragmentation caused by the arouse of many Digital Earth TV channels.
‘3D’, produced by Medina Media for Antena 3, has turned from term average share 8.0% to 6.9%, what means a loss of only 1.1 points. In contrast with ‘Sálvame’ show, which has lost 1.5 points (from 17.9% to 16.4%) and ‘España Directo’, from 15.7% to 13.4% (2.3 fewer points). ‘Gente’, broadcasted in the evening, is the third of the ranking, with 1.9 fewer points than its term average share (14.1%).
Morning shows are the ones most damaged by the change of season. ‘AR’ (from 18.7% to 14.5%) and ‘EP’ (from 14.4% to 9.6%) have lost more than 4 points, 4.2 and 4.8 respectively. ‘La Mañana de la 1’ is the less damaged, with 2.6 fewer points (from 13.2% to 10.6%).
