The Junta de Andalucía hopes to receive one million of supports to “Flamenco Soy”, the campaing produced by Medina Media.

The culture counsellor, Paulino Plata, and the director of RTVA, Pablo Carrasco, presented today the adverts where personalities such as David Bisbal, Vicente Amigo, Frédéric Kanouté or Sara Baras have participated.

The campaing “Flamenco Soy” , witch’s aim is to support the flamenco’s candidacy to become Human Patrimony by the Unesco, has advanced enormously today with the presentation of the adverts produced by Medina Media, that will be broadcasted since Monday 13th of september on Canal Sur TV and Canal Sur Radio after the agreement between the Junta de Andalucía and the RTVA. “We hope to get one million of supports in the hole of the country with the help of the RTVA”, said the culture counsellor, Paulino Plata.

To manage this and ordered by the Junta de Andalucía, Medina Media has produced 25 videos where famous people and normal people give us there messages of support to the candidacy. Sara Baras, Vicente Amigo, Fosforito, Cristina Hoyos and José Mercé are the flamenco artists that will ask the audience to vote in the web site: www.flamencopatrimoniodelahumanidad.es. Also there will be other people coming from different circles, but all with a common passion for flamenco, such as
Frédéric Kanouté, David Bisbal, Almudena Grandes, Olga Viza, Juana Martín or Pasión Vega.
