The ceremony of ‘Flamenco Hoy’ will be celebrated tonight in Madrid and Flamencotv.es will be the official medium of this event. The couplet of Miguel Poveda, the dancing of Galván brothers, the discs of Marina Heredia, Juan Carlos Romero and La Tremendita are the best of 2010, according to the specialised reviewers.
The meeting, which has been celebrated for 12 years, is organised by the veteran journalist Alfonso Eduardo Pérez Orozco. In it, they not only award the artists but also is there place for the ones who spread flamenco through books, webs and the rest of media.
On of the awards will be given by Ernesto Novales, from Flamencotv.es.
